Ballasts current design (may change!)
Ballast is a rather mysterious individual born from experimentations with a substance known as Ibalist, which he vaguely derives his name from.
Ballast appears as a dark figure with silvery attributes, often with a cartoon-like fish-skull face, with bands silver bands around his arms and legs. Ballast's shape is quite malleable, being made of a gooey rubber-like substance. He sometimes makes himself appear to be wearing a robe.

Spawn[]
Over his life, Ballast has converted other individuals into ibalist creatures, and serves as their master, giving them commands when he wishes, though he often lets them do as they please.
